Our team here at Folsom Lake Kia is committed to making your time at our shop as convenient as possible. However, there are a few ways you can prepare for your service appointment.
Make Note of any Signs of Wear
If you’ve been noticing any odd sounds, unpleasant smells in the cabin while driving, or you simply notice your car isn’t driving like normal, be sure to make note of these and let us know during your appointment.
We’ll look for any warning lights that may be on and can scan your car to see what’s going on. If your car needs further service, we’ll let you know and get it taken care of for you.
Check Your Service Schedule
For routine maintenance items, like oil changes, tire rotations, and air filter changes, you can schedule an appointment at our Express Lane. You can expect these appointments to take 60 minutes or less.
But if you’re due for other services or need to replace any parts, you’ll want to prepare to schedule a slightly longer appointment at our auto shop.
Check for Recalls
It’s always a good idea to check for recalls if you are having any trouble with a part that seems to be malfunctioning, especially if your car is newer. You can also expect many systems to be covered under the exceptional 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty each new Kia gets.
