Kia sales figures were recently released for the month of February. During the month the brand sold a total of 49,737 units, which is an increase of 13 percent when compared to February 2015 when they sold 44,030 units. Many vehicles in the Kia fleet increased their sales this February from last February. The Kia Forte sold 8,187 units and increased its sales by 47 percent. Kia K900 sold 83 units and increased its sales by 33 percent. The Kia Sportage sold 5,860 units and increased its sales by 71 percent. Kia Sedona sold 3,988 units increased its sales by 68 percent. The Kia Soul increased its sales 18 percent selling a whopping 11,842 units and led the fleet with the largest sales figure. The Kia Soul was followed in sales figures by the Kia Optima selling 9,630 units.

“With our Super Bowl ad, Presidents’ Day Sales Event and prominent role in the NBA All-Star Game, February was a huge month for Kia as we extended our monthly record streak to double digits,” said Michael Sprague, chief operating officer and EVP, KMA. “Positive economic indicators, low gas prices and mild weather nationwide also drove consumers into Kia showrooms at a record pace, where they discovered the ‘New Kia’s’ line-up of world-class products.”
