Each year, AutoPacific releases their Ideal Vehicle Awards. This year, the Kia brand is pleased to announce that the Kia Sportage has won the Ideal Vehicle Award in the Compact Crossover SUV category. This is a huge honor and it comes on the coattails of the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards also presented by AutoPacific earlier this summer. AutoPacific bases their Ideal Vehicle Awards on survey responses from more than 54,000 new car and light truck owners in the United States from the first half of the year. The survey focuses its questions on what those owners would change about aspects such as ride and handling, interior storage, safety features, power and acceleration, and technology – just to name a few. After the results are in AutoPacific picks out the vehicles whose owners wanted to change the least.

The 2017 Kia Sportage is available in three trim levels – the LX, EX and SX Turbo. The 2017 model brings a new design, more spacious interior, suspension and steering improvements as well as intelligent All wheel drive.
