While everyone was enjoying their Thanksgiving and starting their holiday shopping, Kia was wrapping up the end of the month sales reports. They were recently released and we are excited about the results. We have a lot to be thankful for. Keep reading to see how Kia did in November and which Kia vehicles did the best.
In the month of November Kia sold 44,936 units, keeping sales almost the same from the month of October with 44,694 units sold. This month’s sales put Kia over their goal of 500,000 units sold within the year and puts them well on their way to hit an all-time sales record. This is also the third consecutive year that Kia has surpassed the 500,000 mark. The top sales were of the Kia Optima, selling 12,707 units. Last year in November the Kia Optima sold 10,871, which is by no means a small number, but the popularity of the vehicle continues to grow. The Kia Optima has lots of standard and optional features and scores high in crash and safety ratings. It is available in four trim levels; the LX, the EX, the SX and the SXL.
In second place was the Kia Soul, selling 9,146 units. New products like the Kia Sedona and the Kia Soul will continue to grow in sales as models arrive on lots across the nation.
