The 2014 Kia Soul comes in three trim levels the base, the + (otherwise known as the Plus) and the ! (or the Exclaim). Standard equipment on the base level includes full power accessories, height adjustable driver seat, tilt-and telescoping steering wheel, rear privacy glass, hill-start assist, air-conditioning, power heated side mirrors, steering wheel audio controls, CD player, auxiliary audio jack, iPod/USB audio interface, satellite radio and a six-speaker sound system. The Plus trim level adds amenities like cruise control, keyless entry, 17-inch alloy wheels, front seat center console storage with and armrest and a fold down rear-seat armrest. The Exclaim trim level receives upgrades like LED daytime running lights, foglights, a cooled glovebox and 18 inch wheels – just to name a few.
There are two available engines on the 2014 Kia Soul. The base trim level comes with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 130 horsepower and 118 lb-ft of torque. The Plus and Exclaim trim levels are available with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that kicks out 164 horsepower and 151 lb-ft or torque.
